Rant Session

Well, I am offically ranting. I have been fighting for a few days on coming up with a Name for My Photography Business.. The 3 names I marked them with in the past a SO CALLED FRIEND Copyrighted all 3 of them so they are out.. Now I am offically Stuck.  The hubby came up with one and was told I can not use them by the Trade Mark people.

So now its back to the drawing board. I was asked why not use my name..
1. My name is Not unpopular and have found a few people with the name and seriously do not want the fighting of someone with the same name claiming they took a picture that I took.   This way another Samantha Fletcher can claim a picture I took and said they did. Yes I will have the Trademark for it but honestly it is not worth the fight.
2. My name name is Not going to happen Googled  Fletcher Photography and Found alot so NO.

So unique it has to be..  Idea I have is    10Twenty-Four Photography   

But Honestly I am open for Suggestions.. Even the name Jessica and I came up with I was told No on..  Seriously WHY DOES THIS HAVE TO BE DIFFICULT!
